About Ryan Gifford

Ryan came to Newcastle to study Environmental Science at university and never looked back. What began as a student chapter quickly became a 15-year career in the environmental services industry, spanning environmental consulting and hazardous waste treatment. Along the way, he built, scaled, and successfully sold a number of businesses, developing the work ethic, commercial acumen, and drive that clients see in action every day.

The move into real estate was a deliberate one. Ryan had held a lifelong passion for property, and reached a point where he wanted his work to reflect what genuinely excites him. He also saw an opportunity: to do real estate better. With a business owner's mindset and a client-first approach, he set out to raise the bar on what people should expect from an agent.

The results speak for themselves. Browse Ryan's reviews on RateMyAgent and the same words appear again and again, professional, genuine, friendly, knowledgeable. He's so confident in the experience he delivers that he actively encourages prospective clients to call his past clients directly.

Away from real estate, Ryan is most at home at Dixon Park beach with his wife and kids, chasing waves and soaking up the Newcastle lifestyle. He loves to travel, but these days finds just as much joy in the simpler things, a backyard BBQ with good company, a quick trip up the coast, and the eternal optimism of a Newcastle Jets supporter. Every season, he's convinced it's their year. One day, he'll be right.
